In the days leading up to Christmas in 2016, the life of 35-year-old DeMarco Hill, a male resident of Shreveport, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. On the night of December 23rd, Hill was sitting in his car in the parking lot of the NLB Grocery market at the intersection of West 70th and Union Street.
