Death by Force

Joseph Smith, a 40-year-old black male, was tragically killed on January 1, 2017, in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was found unresponsive in the front yard of a residence in the 3800 block of D'Hemecourt Street, suffering from gunshot wounds. The New Orleans Police Department responded to the scene and pronounced him dead at the location.
