Sylvester David LeBlanc, a 24-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 23, 2017, in Donaldsonville, Louisiana. The incident occurred on Third Street shortly before 9 p.m. that evening. According to Sheriff Jeff Wiley, LeBlanc was a victim of a homicide. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased a short while later.
