Howard Ray Clayborne, a 47-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on December 22, 2017, in Crowley, Louisiana. He was one of three victims in a shooting incident that occurred on DeJean Circle near the parish jail. The other two victims were identified as Gregory Troy Gray and Troy Harmon.
