In the late hours of a Sunday evening in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the life of 34-year-old Henry Carr was tragically cut short. On May 13, 2018, in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Elm Grove Garden Drive, Carr was shot and killed. The incident, which unfolded around 11:45 p.m., also resulted in the death of another man, 32-year-old Kendrick Dixon.
