Jacob Hines, a 57-year-old male, passed away on October 13, 2018, in West Monroe, Louisiana. He was born on October 15, 1961, in Houston, Texas, and served in the United States Marines Corps. At the time of his death, he was a supervisor for CW&W Railroad Contracting. Jacob was preceded in death by his mother, Tommie Hines, and a brother, Mel Hines. He is survived by his daughter, Reagan, and two grandsons, Colton and Kase.
