Reginald Hill, a 19-year-old African American male from West Monroe, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on October 1, 2019. Hill was one of three victims in a shooting incident that took place in West Monroe. The shooting occurred during a planned robbery, where Hill, along with Marcalis Parker and Charlie Ross, were shot inside a vehicle at the corner of South 11th Street and Coleman Avenue.
