In the autumn of 2019, the life of 19-year-old Reginald LaTron Hill Jr. was tragically cut short on a street in West Monroe, Louisiana. On the evening of Tuesday, October 1, 2019, officers from the West Monroe Police Department were dispatched to the 100 block of Montgomery Avenue following reports of a shooting.
