Taji Simon Jr., a 20-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 14, 2018, in Marksville, Louisiana. Taji, also known by his stage name "Marley Garcia," was a rising rapper who had recently signed with Rap-A-Lot Records in Houston. He was a 2016 graduate of Marksville High School and was passionate about music, football, and basketball.
