In the late hours of a Tuesday night in Natchitoches, Louisiana, the sound of gunfire shattered the calm on Caspari Street. On December 11, 2018, just before midnight, a violent encounter unfolded that would leave one man dead and three others wounded. Ronald G. Green, a 57-year-old male, was caught in the barrage of bullets.
