In the summer of 2019, the life of 36-year-old Willie Carl Willis, a male resident of Natchitoches, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. On the evening of Saturday, July 13th, the Natchitoches Police Department received a call reporting gunshots in the vicinity of the 900 block of an unnamed street. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Willis suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
