Timothy Wayne Napoleon, a 52-year-old African American male from Lake Charles, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on January 7, 2020. Timothy, affectionately known as "Nintendo," was well-regarded in his community for his jovial nature and his ability to bring joy to those around him.
