Latrice Thomas, a 28-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on May 24, 2020, in Natchitoches, Louisiana. The incident occurred shortly after 11 p.m. on a Sunday night in the 600 block of Jackson Drive. When officers from the Natchitoches Police Department arrived at the scene, they found Latrice Thomas suffering from a gunshot wound. She was immediately transported to the Natchitoches Regional Medical Center, where she succumbed to her injuries.
