Lenora Lawhon, a 59-year-old woman from Bastrop, Louisiana, tragically lost her life on December 24, 2020. The incident occurred on Christmas Eve when her husband, Tod Lawhon, a former dentist, fatally shot her. According to the authorities, Tod Lawhon called 911 around 6:00 PM on that day, reporting that he had shot his wife. Upon arrival, deputies found Tod exiting the residence with his hands up, stating that his wife was dead in the bathroom and the gun was on the bed.
