In the early hours of Christmas morning, a sense of festive cheer was tragically shattered in the parking lot of the Eden Apartments in Bastrop, Louisiana. On Tuesday, December 25, 2018, at approximately 3:30 a.m., 39-year-old Shawanda Robinson was shot once in the chest with a small-caliber weapon. She succumbed to her injuries shortly after the incident.
