In the early hours of Sunday, June 3, 2007, the body of 17-year-old African-American male Mariotis Harris was discovered in a wooded area in Boston, Massachusetts. Police responded to a call at 12:30 a.m. and found Harris in the woods near 90 Lorna Road in the Mattapan neighborhood. The discovery was made in a secluded area known as the Gladeside Urban Wild.
