In the Mattapan neighborhood of Boston, a 25-year-old African-American man named Antwan Stevenson was fatally shot on the evening of Friday, May 5, 2017. The incident occurred at 50 Rexford Street, where Boston Police responded to a call about a person being shot at approximately 9:45 p.m. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Stevenson suffering from gunshot wounds.
