On August 19, 2007, 21-year-old Tishana Francis was tragically killed in a shooting that took place on a quiet residential street in Mattapan, Boston. The shooting occurred around 9:55 p.m. at the corner of Gladeside Avenue and Gladeside Terrace. Two gunmen opened fire in a brazen attack that left Francis dead and three others wounded.
