In the quiet community of Houma, Louisiana, a tragedy unfolded that cut short the life of 41-year-old Elsa Damaris Orellana Navarro. On June 13, 2021, the stillness of the day was shattered by an act of violence that left family and friends grappling with a devastating loss.
