Elsa Damaris Orellana Navarro, a 41-year-old Hispanic woman, was tragically killed on June 13, 2021, in Houma, Louisiana. The incident occurred at her home on Coteau Road, where she was shot by her ex-boyfriend, Wilfredo Fuentes, aged 53. The murder took place in front of her daughter and granddaughter, adding to the trauma experienced by her family.
