William "Billy" Earl Collins, a 53-year-old white male, tragically lost his life on July 9, 2021, in Doyline, Louisiana. Collins, who served as a reserve officer for the Doyline Police Department and a deputy for the Webster Parish Sheriff's Office, was fatally shot while responding to a disturbance call at a residence on Green Tree Street.
