On a Christmas morning that should have been filled with joy and celebration, tragedy struck in New Orleans. On Saturday, December 25, 2021, the body of 19-year-old Darian Clinton Walker Jr., a male, was discovered in a grassy lot in the 7300 block of Chef Menteur Highway in New Orleans East. The New Orleans Police Department responded to a call at approximately 10:49 a.m. and found Walker, who had been fatally shot.
