Jimmy Wayne Fullerton Jr., a 28-year-old male from Belle Chasse, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on May 11, 2022. Fullerton, who was also known as "Bubba," was a dump truck driver. On the day of his death, he was involved in an altercation with another dump truck driver, Kenneth Naquin, 26, from Metairie, Louisiana.
