Misti Shawndell Romero, a 40-year-old woman from Youngsville, Louisiana, was tragically killed on November 24, 2022. Her death occurred in the early hours of Thanksgiving Day, around 2:45 a.m., in the parking lot of a business located on Evangeline Thruway in Broussard, Louisiana. The St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office responded to the scene and identified Misti Romero as the victim. She was found deceased at the location, and the investigation into her death was promptly initiated.
