Ed Sobolewski, a 29-year-old Polish immigrant, was tragically murdered on March 13, 1986, in Chicago, Illinois. Sobolewski was shot in the back on the Northwest Side of the city. His death was a senseless act of violence that shocked the community and led to a significant investigation and legal proceedings.
