Thomas Hodges, a 69-year-old African American man, was found dead on July 22, 1992, in Chicago, IL. His death was the result of a violent crime, specifically a shooting during an armed robbery. The incident occurred in the Chatham neighborhood, a community on the southeast side of Chicago. Hodges was one of several victims targeted by Ralph Harris, a notorious serial killer, rapist, and armed robber who terrorized the area over a three-year period from 1992 to 1995.
