Thomas Hodges, a 69-year-old African American man, was found dead on July 22, 1992, in Chicago, IL. His death was the result of a violent crime, specifically a shooting during an armed robbery. The incident occurred in the Chatham neighborhood, a community on the southeast side of Chicago.
