In the early hours of a Wednesday morning in Boston's bustling Theater District, the life of 29-year-old Jamie Lee, an African-American man known in the local hip-hop community as Roc Dukati, was tragically cut short. Lee had been at the former Underbar nightclub for a mixtape pre-release party for another local artist.
