George "Geo" Howard, a 15-year-old African American male from Chicago, IL, tragically lost his life on February 28, 2011, in a shooting incident on the city's South Side. The incident occurred in an apartment building located in the 300 block of East 53rd Street. George was fatally wounded when a gunman opened fire, also injuring three others.
