On June 17, 2023, a tragic incident occurred on the West Side of Chicago, specifically in the neighborhood known as The Fifth City or near Garfield Park. Timothy Lockhart, a 14-year-old rapper known by his stage name Lil Tuda, and his 15-year-old brother, Jaylan Lockhart, were fatally shot.
