On July 5, 2013, at approximately 5:15 a.m., 26-year-old Elliott Frazier was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds in the 7400 block of North Paulina Street in Chicago's Rogers Park neighborhood. Authorities pronounced the young man dead at the scene at 7:10 a.m. Elliott resided in the 7400 block of North Winchester Avenue.
