Dwayne Avery Cook Jr., affectionately known as "Waynie," "Wayne Wayne," "Weezy," and "Big Fella," was born on December 4, 1988, in Chicago, Illinois, to Felicia Pointer and Dwayne Avery Cook Sr. He was the eldest of five siblings.
