Marvin Eugene Perry III, a 22-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 15, 2013, in Decatur, Illinois. The circumstances surrounding his death were both shocking and heartbreaking for his family and the community. Marvin, affectionately known as "Boobie," was a beloved father, brother, and son.
