Charles Webb, a 40-year-old man from Boston, was fatally shot on November 12, 2011, in the Roxbury neighborhood. The incident occurred around 9:45 p.m. near Nazing Street as he was returning to his girlfriend’s apartment after a quick trip to the store. Webb was rushed to Boston Medical Center with life-threatening injuries but succumbed to his wounds shortly after arrival.
