Jordan Means, a 16-year-old African American male, was tragically found dead on April 19, 2014, in a basement apartment located in the 8200 block of South Houston Avenue in South Chicago. The discovery was made around 10:30 a.m. after witnesses reported hearing gunshots. Jordan, a student at Bowen High School, was found alongside another teen, Anthony Bankhead, who was 18 years old.
