Death by Force

Brian "Scrapp" Weekly, an 18-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on June 7, 2014, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. in the 5600 block of South Wabash Avenue. Officers responding to a call of shots fired found Weekly and a 20-year-old man, both of whom had suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Weekly was pronounced dead at the scene, while the 20-year-old was taken to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County in critical condition.
