Latino male, age 33, Sam Aguilar was gunned down just after 2 a.m. on Tuesday, July 22, 2014, on a sidewalk near 63rd Street and Francisco Avenue in Chicago's Chicago Lawn neighborhood.
According to authorities, a gold or beige Nissan Maxima rolled north on Francisco, the rear passenger extended an arm from a window and fired about five shots, striking the 33-year-old.
