In the autumn of 2012, a promising life was cut tragically short on a street in Boston. Jonathan Lorquet, a 25-year-old African-American man, was fatally shot on Whitman Street on the evening of October 22, 2012. The incident prompted a response from the Boston Police Department, who arrived at 36 Whitman Street to find a grim scene.
