Varelis Pereyra, age 4, female, was found gravely injured inside an apartment at 1833 Washington Street, Unit 1B, in Boston on November 12, 2013. First responders were called for a trauma at the address and the child was transported to a nearby hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
