DeAngelo Marquis McNeil, a two-year-old boy from Houston, Texas, went missing on April 17, 1997. His case is classified as an endangered missing person, and foul play is suspected. DeAngelo had been in state custody since he was seven months old after his mother, Patricia McNeil, was incarcerated.
