Devon Davis, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 23, 2015, in Chicago, Illinois. Devon, also known by his nickname "KTS VON," was born on December 1, 1993, and was the youngest of seven children. He attended Tanner Elementary School and Hirsch High School, and was registered for classes at Harold Washington College, majoring in Music Production. His untimely death left a significant impact on his family and community.
