Randy T. Bowser-Smith, a 21-year-old African American male from Quincy, Illinois, tragically lost his life on July 4, 2015. Born on March 9, 1994, in Moline, Illinois, Randy was known for his love of music and his close relationships with family and friends. He was survived by his parents, Tammy Bowser and Toussiant Smith, his siblings, and his children, including a daughter and an unborn son.
