Eugene McSwain Jr., a 26-year-old African American male, died on July 10, 2015, in Chicago, IL. His death occurred during a traffic stop on the Far South Side of Chicago. According to police reports, McSwain was a passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over by Gang Investigations officers. The officers attempted to stop the vehicle after learning that someone inside was a wanted suspect.
