Ricardo C. Mendez-Bucio, an 18-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on August 13, 2015, in Chicago, IL. The incident occurred in the Brighton Park neighborhood on the Southwest Side of Chicago. Ricardo was the front-seat passenger in a vehicle that was stopped at a red light on South Western Avenue, waiting to turn left onto 47th Street.
