Rashad Stokes, a 29-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on October 26, 2015, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1:30 a.m., while Rashad was standing on the sidewalk in the 4800 block of West Madison Street in the West Side Austin neighborhood.
