Christopher Fields, a 17-year-old African American male, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting on June 11, 2016, in the Back of the Yards neighborhood of Chicago, IL. Fields, a sophomore at Urban Prep Englewood Campus, was shot in the back and later succumbed to his injuries at Stroger Hospital. The incident also resulted in injuries to a 19-year-old man who was with Fields at the time.
