Keith Jackson, a 32-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on July 27, 2016, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the West Englewood neighborhood, a locality often plagued by violence. On that fateful day, Jackson was driving in the 2000 block of West 68th Place when an assailant on foot approached and shot him multiple times. Despite being rushed to Stroger Hospital, Jackson succumbed to his injuries less than 45 minutes after the shooting.
