Miguel Williams, a 34-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on September 21, 2016, in the West Pullman neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred during a confrontation in the parking lot of a bowling alley. The altercation began over a dispute about a stolen gun.
