Carl Jackson, a 56-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on September 23, 2016, in Chicago, IL. His death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred in the Back of the Yards neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. According to reports, Carl Jackson was attending a party when shots were fired, resulting in his fatal injury. He was pronounced dead at the University of Chicago Medical Center, and an autopsy confirmed that his death was a homicide.
