Black Male, age 28, Timothy “Lil Tim” Deandre Agnew stood with neighbors in the front yard of a home on Chicago's South Side when the quiet of an October evening ruptured into gunfire.
It was about 8:50 p.m. on October 17, 2016, in the 6700 block of South Winchester Avenue in West Englewood.
