Eric Jackson, 29, was fatally shot on July 5, 2017, in Boston’s Roxbury neighborhood. The shooting occurred at around 2:30 a.m. on Homestead Street. Jackson, known for his love of basketball and strong community ties, was found with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate response efforts, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
