Jason E. Goodfriend, a 31-year-old male, was found fatally shot in his car on January 7, 2017, in Chicago, Illinois. Goodfriend, who was the business manager at Chicago Tech Academy, was discovered slumped over the wheel of his still-running car in the University Village neighborhood. The Cook County medical examiner's office ruled his death a homicide after an autopsy revealed he had been shot through the head.
