James T-Roy Johnson, a 23-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on February 14, 2017, in Chicago, Illinois. Johnson, known as T-Roy, was a close associate of rapper Chief Keef and a prominent figure in the OBlock community. On the morning of his death, Johnson entered a store in the South Shore neighborhood, located on the 2000 block of East 71st Street.
